The Hype:

Dubtribe frontman Sunshine Jones‘ recent Belle Ame Electronique was met with open arms by fans, yoga instructors and press alike. “Blissfully sublime and elevating, this release cannot be done justice with words. You NEED to experience [this album] with your own ears and open mind and heart. Let it take you higher lovers …” said MusicIs4Lovers.com! With so much love in the house and coming from a bonafide House label, we’d be remiss if we didn’t release a collection of remixes from this veritable musical celebration devoted to sensual aural enjoyment. Ten tunes remixed by well known as well as up & coming Deep House & Tech House producers from UK, Europe and Latin America see their work released on one solid collection. EU’s Kruse & Nuernberg give up a bouncing deep version of “I Got Your Back,” Rancido‘s Soul Odyssey dope Remix of “Four Million Miles,” Sascha Dive‘s Sun Worshipper Remix of “Warm Sun On My Face,” Nicko Vee‘s pumpy Remix of “Come To Me,” the minimal haunting Andreas Saag Remix of “While You Were Sleeping” and more. Mexico is in the house with Balcazar & Sordo‘s funky deep disco remix of “We Are What We Are,” and the 2 continents collide as Louie Fresco and Aki Bergen / Daniel Jaze both give us a couple of diverse yet stunning renditions of “Dirty Love.” Seeing so many talented producers under one musical roof remix one heck of an artist breathes new life into his album and makes for some heart-stirring dance music.

The Hype:

Two of the top djs and House producers in Japan, Daishi Dance & DJ Kawasaki step out of the King St/Nite Grooves vault with an armful of fierce classics & neo-classic jams. They get their regular fill of playing for large crowds on the mainland where Daishi Dance holds residency at some of Tokyo’s biggest clubs like ageHa, Womb, and Precious Hall in Sapporo, Hokkaido. Likewise, Kawasaki, whose repertoire is a crossover between House & Jazz, also has a residency at Club Room in Tokyo. On this digital album, their styles shine through as they lay down 26 of some of the finest tunes to ever hit the dance floor in the last 20 years. They’ve included some of their own cool production work like Kawasaki‘s original release “Blazin’,” his remix of Ananda Project feat. Avery Sunshine‘s “Stalk You,” and Daishi Dance‘s remix of Roland Clark presents Urban Soul‘s “Life Time.” They also throw in a massive set of classics like the Roy Davis Dub and DJ Pierre 1994 original of “Good & Plenty Love” by X Fade feat. Lavette, Satoshi Tomiie‘s mix of Ultra Nate‘s 1995 hit “Party Girl (Turn Me Loose),” and David Morales‘ Def Club Mix of “Glory Glory” Ananda Project feat.Terrance Downs released in 2000. No King St classic comp would be complete without Blaze presents Underground Dance Artists United For Life feat. Barbara Tucker‘s “Most Precious Love,” here with the Freemason‘s “Proper” Club Mix, Lenny Fontana presents Eastside Movement‘s “Inner City,” and Timmy Regisford Shelter Anthem mix of “When Can Our Love Begin” by Kimara Lovelace. Original tunes by Kiko Navarro, Sunshine Jones, Anthony Nicholson, Ivan Iaccobucci and others are also in the mix. Take a listen and be captivated by some new & classic catalog.

The Hype:

Stemming from Dubtribe frontman Sunshine Jones‘ recently-released Belle Ame Electronique full-length album, a couple more sweet-sounding singles get the dance floor business. “Fill Up My Heart (LOVERDOSE Remix)” gets a minimalistic deep riff which gives you a feeling of slow sweet move.  While You Were Sleeping (Corey Baker & Rami Deejay Remix), one of successful trio Wildkats, Corey Baker and NY’s infamous party Verboten‘s resident Rami Deejay remixed a track that well represents Sunshine‘s dubby house style as well as a down-right sexy, dreamy, deeply lower rpm, close to 9-minute Dub version from Sunshine himself. The last track Fill Up My Heart is a massive finale and it helps listener to exit from spaced-out void to dreamy phase. Fun for the entire deep house family.

The Hype:

What’s better than listening to brand new, unreleased House Music under the sun, poolside or in a dark, boomin’ nightclub during WMC while thousands of sweaty bodies writhe & bounce in unison to the same rhythm? Not much, but we will say that adding of few of these tunes into the mix will make the dance that much more delish. Presenting an even 30 tracks in the latest installment of Miami 2013. Here’s you’ll find jam after head-nodding-booty-shakin’ jam, full of the deep deep deep like Joeski & Audio KoDe‘s In My House Remix of Supernova “Last Night in NY,” Mihalis Safras WMC Remix of Doomwork‘s “This!,” John Rivera‘s “Believe In Me” (Demarkus Lewis Main Remix), and the Balcazar & Sordo Remix of Sunshine Jones‘ “We Are What We Are” to the pumpy-er and unreleased looped up Queer Baby” (Dub) by Angelo Ferreri, Will Crawshaw & Luke Pompey‘s “Jack City,” “New York” by T. Tommy & Vicente Belenguer, Joeski & Audio KoDe‘s “Potential of The Soul,” and Fabian Argomedo‘s “The Truth,” and others. And what King St comp would ever be truly complete without a few legends like Barbara Tucker (& her new collab with japanese producer Namy, “I Cant’ Wait” with Vocal mix by ATFC), Josh Milan (who also collab’ed with Namy, “From Now On” with dope mix by DJ Spen & N’Dinga Gaba) and a Superb unreleased debut song by French producer DJ Yass and his collab with Inaya Day “Bring It Up,” and many more! We’re thankful WMC has now been extended to 10 days, and with 30 songs and their extended mixes, including 2 continuous mixes by DJ/percussionist The WIG this comp will keep ur floor filled for a good long time.

The Hype
There’s something so beautiful about the zen feeling of peace. The feeling of oneness that you can also sometimes get from a lo-to-mid tempo beat or the unifying power of an almighty funky plucking rolling baseline. Fuse those sounds with one of the most uniquely sensual male voices in Dance Music and you have the latest album by former Dubtribe Sound System frontman, Sunshine Jones. Ame Electronique is more than electronic love, it’s the electronic music you want to make love to. A perfect 10 track collection starting off with soothing ambient sounds to get you in the mood, followed by a cool easy funky “I Got Your Back,” with guest vocal by Aridadne Thompson. The album’s synthetic ebb & foreplay continues with “Four Million” and the full seductive sermon in “I Can Feel Warm Sun On My Face.” The groove continues with “While You Were Sleeping” with guest female spoken word by Carmen Martinez who offsets Sunshine’s synth-demonized vox. “We Are What We Are” ramps up the energy a bit & “Come To Me” has one of the most irresistible hypno-grooves we’ve ever heard. “Dirty Love” is up next which is the lead single off the album already being remixed by Aki Bergen, Louie Fresco & others. The pretty & mellow “Fill Up My Heart” is up next and it’s all capped off by “Exit – Ocean Beach Waves,” complimenting this album with some of the most beautiful sounds on the planet.
