The Hype: Kruse & Nuernberg have been dropping several hot productions without missing a beat. It was no brainer that they’d be chosen for the fourth volume of our Street King series. We’ve already had the pleasure of having Alex Kenji, Stefano Noferini, and Aki Bergen. Kruse & Nuernberg deliver a deeper element that perfectly fits the diversify the series. This EP provides you with just a taste of what’s to come. The first track is a remix of Sunshine Jones (formerly of Dub Tribe Soundsystem) “I Got Your Back” sets you in a trance you’d swear you were flying to various destinations simultaneously. Next up we have K&N’s remix of the spoken word joint “Flashback” which gives you a bit of that DJ Roland Clark flavor with an extra punch. Benjamin Shock’s “Can You Feel Me” is a nasty disco funk production that get you bumpin and jumpin. Last up on this EP is “Stealing Feeling” a DJ favorite that sets you back to 1990’s House music. You can’t help love the selections on here as they fit several different moods. You just can’t for wrong with anything from Kruse & Nuernberg.
